I meet you exactly where you are and we go at your pace. We focus on what truly matters to you.

All coaching starts with at least one complimentary session.

Biweekly coaching sessions (virtual or phone)
A personalized “Unstuck Plan” to guide our work
Email support between sessions
Optional exercises or reflection prompts (never homework for homework’s sake)
